Tips on Teacher-Student Communication
Effective communication between teachers and students can improve teaching efficiency.
A. With a confident and sincere attitude toward students, teachers are supposed to patiently listen to their questions and give responses accordingly.
B. Treat each student equally. Don¡¦t differentiate between students with good/bad grades or with hard-working/lazy performances.
C. Avoid arguing with students and control emotions. It is no use having a bad relationship between teachers and students in terms of teaching and learning.
D. Don¡¦t belittle students, and get rid of superiority complex.
